Camp Fimfo is turning another year older — five years for Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country and three for Camp Fimfo Waco — and we are not letting it go by without a party. On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, we are throwing a full-blown birthday bash complete with live music, a Blue Bell sundae bar, a s'more birthday cake, and activities the whole campground will be talking about. A Night Full of Activities
The party kicks off in the early evening and runs all the way to 9:00 PM. To start, sign up for the Quart Holding Contest before names are pulled from a hat and the competition begins. While you wait, grab a hot dog and some popcorn and explore the open stations — balloon-on-a-stick, temp tattoos, and Pin the Tail on Squirrely are all running throughout the night.
Next up is Squirrel Says — Camp Fimfo's twist on Simon Says — where adults and kids take the stage together while the crowd cheers from the lawn. Then gather around for the ½ Gallon Holding Contest, where finalists hold Blue Bell half-gallons until only one is left standing.
The big moment of the night comes with the s'more birthday cake cutting ceremony. Then the live band leads the Fimfo Song and Happy Birthday, and the sundae bar opens for everyone to dig in. From there, the band takes over and keeps the party going until the very end of the night.
