We have lots of exciting improvements planned here at Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country! Although our camping resort is much loved by many of our returning campers, we hope these additions continue to WOW our existing campers while attracting new campers who are looking to create lasting memories! Keep reading to find out everything that's new at our top-rated Texas campground.

Construction of a new Treetop cabin in the scenic hills of Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country

#1: New Cabins

150+ additional cabins are coming to Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country, featuring four new cabin types — like our Treetop Cabins and Coyote Bubbly (hello, hot tubs!). These cabins will soon be available to book for Summer 2023.

#2: Fimfo Adventures

The Cliff Carver
Texas’ first alpine coaster is over 1 mile long and uses physics and gravity to propel you through the breathtaking views of Texas Hill Country while you control your own speed with individual controls.

#3: Willow Ridge

The newest wedding venue in Texas Hill Country. Willow Ridge at Camp Fimfo is Texas Hill Country in its finest form. Located within Camp Fimfo’s beautiful 475 acres and nestled atop a secluded plateau along and above the Guadalupe River — it’s truly the backdrop for the perfect New Braunfels wedding or event. #4: Squirrely's On The Rocks

You've heard of Squirrely's Tavern, now get pumped for Squirrely's On The Rocks — your go-to quick stop at Camp Fimfo TXHC. Squirrely's On The Rocks, a Camp Fimfo-style food truck, will be located right alongside the Guadalupe River, allowing guests to stop by and grab a drink or a quick snack and carry on with their outside fun.

#5: Hiking Trails

Soon, you'll be able to discover the scenic hill country of Texas from a different angle. In Summer 2023, we are bringing miles of hiking trails to Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country for guests to enjoy. These trails will be of varying difficulties, from beginner to more advanced. The trails will be marked and can be accessed via the northernmost area of Camp Fimfo.

#6: Additional Sports Courts & Playground

We’ve added extra places to enjoy the Great Outside while at Camp Fimfo, including more sports courts and an extra playground! Coming Summer 2023.
