Stop #1 Austin Food Trucks
No matter where you're at in Austin, chances are there's food trucks nearby. In fact, there's estimated to be over 1,200 food truck vendors throughout the city. One of the joys of food trucks is being able to test out all different type of cuisine. Who doesn't love a bit of taste testing? Stop #2 United Apparel Liquidators
It wouldn't be a true Texas roadtrip without checking out some of the local Austin shops and boutiques. One of our top recommendations is the United Apparel Liquidators, a unique retailer that purchases past-season and overstock items from boutiques and departments stores plus samples and overruns from designers. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of options, but also amazing deals! This store located right in downtown Austin and a perfect stop in the early stages of your roadtrip.
Stop #3 Urban Air Adventure Park
Now that you've explored some of downtown Austin's top attractions, its time to get moving, but don't worry because there's still lots to do along the way. About 5 miles from downtown is the Urban Air Adventure Park where you can jump and soar to your hearts desire before hunkering down in the car. No matter your age, exploring the adventure park is a good time for everyone. We recommend booking tickets in advance so your roadtrip stop moves along with ease.
Stop #4: Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country

Less than 10 minutes from Gruene is a must stop destination for a Texas roadtrip - you guessed it, Buc-ees! Home to food, souvenirs, sweet treats, grocery items, and even gas, Buc-ees is one of the most unique stores you'll ever step foot in.
Stop #7 Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling
About 20 minutes outside of San Antonio is the Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling. One of San Antonio's award winning brewstillery's, this is a no brainer for the whiskey and beer lovers.
