At Camp Fimfo, our cabins are stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there are still a few things that you’ll need to bring to make the most of your trip. Each cabin type offers different amenities, so this cabin camping packing list is different for each cabin type.

Group Cabins:

Group cabins are an excellent way to experience Texas glamping! Sleeping up to 10-12 people, our group cabins offer benefits such as air conditioning, heating and a front porch, and some even come with a private hot tub. The kitchens come with a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, coffee maker & mugs, toaster, microwave, basic utensils, pot & pan, baking tools (mixing bowl set, non-stick cookie sheet, measuring cups), and strainer. Basic linens like bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are provided, but those planning to stay in our group cabins should plan to put blankets, grilling utensils, and personal items on their cabin camping checklist.

Luxury Cabins:

At Camp Fimfo, our luxury cabins offer an excellent transition into cabin camping in Texas. Experience the comforts of home in one of our luxury cabins. With amenities such as a full bathroom and a kitchen, our luxury cabins give you access to the great outdoors without roughing it too much. In the kitchen, you can find a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, sink, coffee maker & mugs, toaster, microwave, basic utensils, pot & pan, wine opener, and place settings. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are provided, but please bring blankets, grilling utensils, and personal items. Bed linens and towels are provided, but guests staying in our rustic cabins will want to pack any extra towels and blankets, grilling utensils, and personal items. Although our rustic cabin options do include a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, if you’re planning to do any eating in the cabin it is recommended to bring items that are safe at room temperature and do not require any cooking. Our Texas camping resorts both offer on-site dining facilities, so if you don’t want to add any food to your cabin camping packing list, you can purchase food there!
