Coyote Clubhouse

Welcome to the Coyote Clubhouse - a premium, one-of-a-kind cabin that sleeps up to 10 people. We took our popular Coyote Cabin and gave it a few extra special details like a foosball table and private hot tub. Enjoy a full kitchen and private bathroom, as well as a beautiful front porch. Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen murphy beds, 1 full/twin bunkbed with twin trundle bed, 1 full bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There's no other cabin like this on the property! *As we are continuing to develop the property to include more sites, cabins and attractions, there is ongoing construction in various parts of the campground. Our Coyote Suite is a one-of-a-kind, elevated Coyote Cabin with premium finishes and stunning features to take your Camp Fimfo stay to the next level. Enjoy a full kitchen and private bathroom, as well as a front porch and private hot tub. This luxurious cabin option sleeps 4 people. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, seating area, large wardrobe and full length mirror all behind beautiful barn doors. This quaint cabin doesn't include a bathroom, but our bathhouse is just steps away. What are your check-in and check-out times?

Cabins: Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 11:00am

Campsites: Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 1:00pm

Can I access amenities before I check-in or after I check-out?

Early camp-resort amenity access may be available if your site is vacant the day prior to your arrival for a fee. If your site is occupied, we are simply unable to accommodate overflow parking. If you arrive early, you may be turned away. Please call or email within 24 hours of your check-in date for availability and plan your travel accordingly.

How late can I check-in?

Please call ahead if you'll be checking-in while our Welcome Center is closed and we will put together a check-in packet for your arrival. Our current Welcome Center hours are always available to view on the Guest Dashboard.

Will my reservation guarantee a specific cabin assignment?

We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date:

Campsites:

2+ WEEKS: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

1 WEEK: 50% of reservation issued in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited

LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited

Cabins:

3+ WEEKS: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

2 WEEKs: 50% of reservation issued in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited

The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e. Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.

Do you have pet-friendly cabins?

Yes! Select cabins are pet-friendly for a fee, with a 2 pet maximum. Cabin fees: 1 pet – $50, 2 pets – $75. Pet owners are required to bring crates for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.
